LeadFuze helps you to find anyone’s contact information in your target market with unlimited access. Think of it as a souped of version of LinkedIn's Sales Navigator. You get 25 free leads when you sign up with your email address (no credit card required).
LeadMine is another tool that is designed to find your target customers, and claims to find their email addresses with 95% accuracy. They have more than 200 million contacts in their database and allow you to query their database by title, industry, location, company and more.
They've got a free plan that gives you 10 credits per month, and their paid plan currently starts at $49/month with 500 credits per month.
Find anyone's email address
FindThatLead is a sales tool that helps B2B companies, startups and digital agencies scale and automate their lead generation and sales outreach. You can use FindThatLead to build prospects' lists without all the copy pasting or scrapping sites.
Their ideal target are salespeople and prospectors from Fintech and SaaS companies with a turnover of 1 million to 20 million. These are companies with 4 to 10 people in their sales team who constantly need to be looking for more leads.
They claim to have a superior database because they're pulling data from many different sources, instead of overrelying on LinkedIn or Clearbit's API like many other lead generation tools.
Some of their features:
- Chrome extension: use it to get emails from domains you are browsing or from LinkedIn and Twitter profiles.
- Prospector: you can build highly targeted lists on any vertical in just a few minutes by choosing a few variables for your ideal buyer persona.
- Google Sheet add-on: use it to upload a CSV with the name, last name and domain to automatically find the emails for your list.
- Bulk domain search: generate emails from entire domains in bulk, from a CSV file.
- Bulk Social profile search: upload a CSV file with LinkedIn or Twitter URLs and we can give you a full list of emails.'
- Email verifier: paste an email and we'll tell you if it is the right one.
- Lead search: find emails from a name + domain.
- Domain search: paste a domain and we'll give you all the emails we can find for it.
Their Basic plan comes with 150 credits per month and is completely free. For more credits or some of the more advanced features, you'll need to sign up for one of their paid plans (see their pricing page).
Named the best tool for finding emails by Ahrefs, FindThat lives up to the hype. Compared to competitors, FindThat has the highest delivery rate, finding over 90% of the email addresses searched for.
FindThat has a database of 100+ million verified emails and allows you to save prospects to lists. You can also install the Chrome extension and prospect right from your browser.
Need to find the email address of a specific person within an organization you want to sell into? There are lots of hacks to do this, but Nobert makes it quick and painless. (Goodbye, rapportive!)
It's not a good choice for bulk lookups (they limit the amount of searches you can run per day), but if you're doing the kind of targeted outbound prospecting we usually recommend, it should serve you well!
The simple and quick interface is just what busy salespeople need.
Elucify is a crowdsourced database for finding prospects' contact information. Joining gives you access to over 200,000 company profiles and business contact emails.
To join Elucify, you must have an email address linked to a business domain (not @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, etc.) and share your contacts. When you share your contacts, Elucify makes your information anonymous.
Find all email addresses of a domain
Simply put in any domain you want ... and it'll start finding email addresses and phone numbers associated with the domain. Works best with small sites as it's limited to crawling 50 pages per domain.
It even crawls PDFs, spreadsheets and documents hosted on the domain, and you usually get pretty good results.
Email Hunter works similar to anyreach.co, but is more reliable. They look for email addresses for that domain on the web and list them all, including where the email address was discovered.
It's a great service, highly recommended if you want to quickly and easily discover plenty of emails associated with any given domain.
This is a LinkedIn lead gen tool with email finder. You install a Chrome plugin, search for leads on LinkedIn, select leads that seem most relevant, and then import them into GetProspect—which will then find the corporate emails of the people selected.
Their free basic plan will allow you to find 50 emails per month, and for $29 per month you get 1000 emails per month.
Get a quick briefing of people prior to meetings and calls
I've said in the past that we think you shouldn't spend more than 5 minutes researching your prospects.
Charlie automatically researches people you have a meeting or phone call scheduled with (it connects with your Google calendar to get that info).
Their technology filters through hundreds of sources (various social media profiles, etc) and extracts useful insights about the person and their company. Ahead of the scheduled meeting, you'll find a neat one-page briefing in your inbox.
FullContact for Gmail is another great tool for researching prospects. Without leaving your inbox, view prospects' photos, social profiles, and job titles.
FullContact also allows you to see detailed info about your contacts’ organizations, if contacts are nearby and set up a calendar invite to meet, and add notes and tags to contacts.
Write in the right tone for each prospects
Crystal shows you the best way to communicate with any coworker, prospect, or customer based on their unique personality. They analyze writings of the recipient and then provide hints and suggest phrases that match their communication style.
Especially if you're communicating with someone that's a qualified prospect and a high dollar amount opportunity, it might be worth to match their communication style.
What's more, it'll be like your own personal coach to help you pay more attention to the language people use and improve your empathy skills.
Schedule calls and meetings without pain
They're not free (starting at $99/month) but they're new and awesome. If you dislike the back and forth of scheduling an appointment you can simply cc firstname.lastname@example.org in an email and ask her to set up the appointment for you.
"Clara" then will coordinate the meeting with the other person so that it fits well into your own calendar.

Follow up like a champ
