Easier way to create new leads without a company name

Close has always supported leads that represented only a contact/person—that is, leads that did not contain a company name. Previously you could create leads like this only from CSV imports or if you manually removed the company name from an existing lead. However, when creating a new lead from our "New Lead" button, it would force you to enter a company name (which you'd later have to remove, or duplicate into a contact name).

Sometimes it's the little things that matter ... so yesterday we pushed a minor improvement to Close that enables you to easily create a new lead with just a company name, just a contact/person's name, or both.
