Easier way to email multiple people from the same lead at once
We just launched a UI improvement that makes it easier to email multiple people from the same lead at one time.
Previously if you were already composing an email in Close and wanted to add a second contact as a “To” or “CC” recipient, there was no easy way.
Now, simply click on the 2nd contact’s email button (or specific email address) and if you already have an email draft open, we’ll populate your To, CC, or BCC field (whichever last had the focus).
