Misc bug fixes this week

In an effort to be more transparent about product improvements, here's a list of some things we launched this week (along with making Call Forwarding available on all calling-enabled plans).

• Fixed bug where the height/width of the search box was annoyingly incorrect in some cases.
• Fixed issue with clearing all notifications (especially for large # of notifications)
• Fixed bug when notifications sometimes appeared in the wrong order.
• Fixed bug where changing email templates multiple times while replying to an email would keep appending the new template text (rather than changing the template).
• Made the Activity Report load faster (we're still working on making it even faster though).
• Sped up some other slow operations which will overall improve performance.
