Want to become a great manager? Then start managing yourself better. If you can manage yourself well, you can lead others.

And even if you don’t want to become a people manager, you should still become better at taking control of yourself, your day, and your mindset.  I love working with people who’re great at self-management. And so does everybody else, especially the people in charge of leading them.
