New Reporting Feature: "Status Changes"

We're happy to announce that we launched some additional reporting capabilities in Close. We replaced the old "Pipeline Report" (which simply broke down all your leads & opportunities by current status), with something much richer.
The new "Status Changes" report adds date range and user filters to a similar report, allowing you to drill down to see exactly what happened to your leads and opportunities in a specific time range. For each status, it allows you to see:
- How many leads/opportunities entered (became) that status during the chosen time period
- Ex: "How many new trials did we get this week?"
- How many leads/opportunities left that status during the chosen time period
- Ex: "How many customers churned last month?"
- How many leads/opportunities were in that status at the start of the chosen time period
- Ex: "How many qualified leads did we start the week off with?"
- How many leads/opportunities were in that status at the end of the chosen time period
- Ex: "How many invoiced opportunities are currently outstanding?"
- The net change in the # of leads/opportunities in that status from the chosen time period
- Ex: "How many more net customers did we add last quarter?"

Additionally, you can click on any status to drill down to see more details about the specific transitions that occurred relating to that status. Here's an example:

In this example you can see that in the chosen period:
- 34 opportunities were created as status Active
- 20 opportunities went from status "Active" to status "Won"
- 15 opportunities went from status "Active" to status "Lost"
Lastly, all the relevant numbers in the report are clickable so that you can see a specific list of leads or opportunities that make up that number. For example if you click on one of the Opportunities numbers, you end up on the Opportunities page with a custom custom filter applied, like this:

We hope this is helpful to you and welcome your feedback at support@close.io.
(P.S. We have a lot more reporting features coming!)
